12 WAYS TO STYLE A SCARF

A silk square scarf has become a staple in my closet for years now and I don’t see it ever rotating out. It’s as timeless as it is chic. I always pack one or two with me when I travel to add instant glam and polish to any look. Watch this segment of Twin Cities Live to see 12 different ways to style a scarf – including 5 ways as a swimsuit cover-up.

Fold it into a strip and bring it around from the back so that the ends are facing the front, knot them once at the top of your forehead and then again in the back. If it’s not long enough to knot in the back just tuck the ends into the side.

5 Ways To Style a Sarong

Finding a swimsuit cover up that doesn’t make you feel frumpy can be quite a challenge, which is why I’m swapping mine out for an oversized cotton scarf instead. You can adjust the coverage throughout the day depending on how much or how little skin you want exposed.

The last two looks I made up on the fly as I was trying to come up with something different to show and I have to say they just might be my favorite ones! I love a happy accident style moment.
